To keep your tote bag looking fresh for as long as possible:

Machine wash with cold water, inside-out on the gentle cycle.
Tumble dry on low or hang-dry.
Do no iron the design.
Do not dry clean.

We offer flat-rate $7 shipping. Some items may ship separately. Orders over $100 include free shipping. 

Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over the time it takes to get to you.

Returns: 

All of our items are made to order. We do offer a replacement if the items is defective or damaged during shipping. If the item does not fit, please reach out and we can try to come up with a solution. 

If your item is defective or damaged, please reach out within 5 business days to start the replacement process.
